The purpose of this kick-off workshop is to discuss the direction and activities of the Action Group and to test a draft guide for strengthening stakeholder interaction in research processes. The guide was produced as part of the BECC research project STAKE: Practices and barriers of stakeholder interaction – challenges for research projects.

The Action group was formed to:
- Increase the knowledge among BECC-researchers and other researchers at UGOT and LU about methodologies related to evidence-based stakeholder interaction in research processes.
- Present, test and revise the guide on evidence-based stakeholder interaction developed in the BECC project STAKE.
- Establish a network of interested researchers for further knowledge generation and exchange on these issues.
