The Research School is open to students who are already enrolled as PhD students. Priority will be given to PhD students enrolled at Nordic Universities engaged in the BECC and MERGE programmes and to students at the Faculty of Science at Lund University.
The main activities of ClimBEco include:
- A variety of courses – both courses within a specific area of research and interdisciplinary courses. All courses are free of charge and enrolled students receive support for travel and accommodation.
- Two thematic meetings per year where the PhD students network with each other and with other scientists
- An optional mentoring program run by the MiL Institute
- Travel grants to cover research stays at a foreign institute or laboratory
