Åsa have been selected as a Lead Author for the writing of the Methodology Report entitled “2019 Refinement to the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories”.

Åsa Kasimir have been selected by the Bureau of IPCC Task Force on National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (TFI) as a Lead Author for the writing of the Methodology Report entitled “2019 Refinement to the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories” (2019 Refinement). Åsa is active as researcher at Department of Earth Sciences, Gothenburg University:

Her long experience of conducting research and communicting with stakeholders around greenhouse gas emissions from land use has led to her previous involvement in IPCC as reviewer around greenhouse gas inventories as well as being an elected member on the editorial board of the EB (LULUCF Sector) of the Emission Factor DataBase (EFDB) by the Task Force on National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (TFI) under the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
