Deliang Chen appointed chairman for Stockholm Water Prize

Deliang Chen, BECC researcher and August Röhss Professor at the University of Gothenburg, has been recently appointed chairman of the nomination committee for the Stockholm Water Prize by the Board of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.

The Stockholm Water Prize is the world’s most prestigious water award. A prize ceremony and Royal Banquet is held at the Stockholm City Hall as part of the World Water Week in Stockholm every year. During the ceremony, the Laureate accepts the prize from the hands of His Majesty Carl XVI Gustaf, King of Sweden.
