On November 16-17 the 1st Nordic Chapter Risk Conference will be held in Lund. The topic is The Future of Risk Analysis in the Nordic Countries. The conference is open to all researchers, practitioners and policy makers that are working with or are interested in risk research and education.

The Nordic Chapter of the Society for Risk Analysis in Europe and Lund University Centre of Risk Assessment and Management (LUCRAM) invite academics, practitioners and policy makers to participate in the 1st Nordic Chapter Risk Conference on the theme The Future of Risk Analysis in the Nordic Countries on November 16-17th 2015 in Lund, Sweden.

About the conference

The aim of the conference is to strengthen and vitalise risk research and education on risk in the Nordic region.

There will be plenty of room for contributed talks (15 minutes including discussion) and for posters. Informal meetings are encouraged, and there will be ample space provided at different locations in the exhibition halls of the conference venue.

The possibility to submit abstracts (maximum 300 words) for 15 minute presentations is now open. Full papers are not required and contributions from scientists as well as practitioners are encouraged.
