Do you know how many pollinator species there are - in Sweden, in the world? Or how much bees contribute to crop pollination? This seminar series starts of with some basic facts about pollination, the organisms that contribute to this ecosystem service, their value for us humans and their functions in nature - all focusing on wild pollinators and based on state-of-the art scientific knowledge. The presentation also summarizes the threats that face pollinators today, and the most important knowledge gaps. You will also have the opportunity to ask all the pollinator-related questions you have wondered about but not yet found answers to.
