In this sound walk, you, the listener, will experience the forest through different ways of understanding time. Forests are not shaped solely by nature’s own processes. In some forests, time follows the logic of production, measured in terms of growth rates, rotation periods and economic yield. In other forests, slower ecological rhythms prevail, in cycles of growth, decay and regrowth that unfold over centuries.
