Board and organisation

To lead the work within BECC, the strategic research area has a board, a steering group and a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB).

BECC is organised with its Board as the highest decision making organ and is mainly placed at Lund University. A Steering Group supervise and coordinate the research and work at the University of Gothenburg. The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) supports the board of BECC in developing and monitoring research within the program.

BECC encompasses about 220 senior researchers and 80 PhD students from 15 departments at Lund University and the University of Gothenburg.
